1. Food- A stimulant will be sent on the mission, along with young plants that can be "planted" in it to grow. The stimulant acts as a soil to coax the plant to grow better and stronger. This will provide a renewable food source once the pre-packaged and dried foods run out.

2. Oxygen- Water from the purifier will be split into hydrogen and oxygen, the oxygen being used for breathing air while the hydrogen will be stored for energy uses.

3. Water- We will build a water reclaim, which takes water and moisture from urine, used water, condensed humidity, and waste. It is built with a three step filtering system that mimics earth's natural one. The reclaimer is easily repairable, so water will not be an issue.

4. Energy- Our energy source will be radioisotope power. This uses the energy output from decaying plutonium. In order to fully decompose, plutonium takes 24,110 years. This will give 24/7 power until then. The leftover hydrogen from the oxygen will be used for hydrogen fuel cells to power machines and things not connected to the HAB.

5. Radiation Shielding- We will put hydrogenated BNNTs built into the structure to shield from radiation. They are small tubes of carbon, boron, and nitrogen. These BNNTs absorb radiation and reflect what they don't, and are very strong and durable. We are able to weave them into our materials and suits so we can avoid radiation.

6. Pressure- We will use an atmospheric regulator to keep pressure. We will use tanks of oxygen (Breathing air and what the water was split into) and nitrogen to keep proper PSI inside the HAB.
